4 County Kids

Serving in & around Custer County

Why is Early Childhood Education Important?

The first five years of a child's life are fundamentally important. They are the foundation that shapes children's future health, happiness, growth, development and learning achievement at school, in the family and community, and in life in general.

Our Story

4 County Kids (4CK) is a collaboration between the Sandhills Community Collaborative and Communities for Kids to aid in the development and support of quality early childhood programs.

We believe every child deserves a high-quality early childhood education and are committed to raising awareness, supporting our families, and working with the community to provide safe and engaging care and learning.
